Did you know?
According to a recent study by the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention an estimated 940,000 people become ill each year from consuming contaminated water and that 900 of those people die each year.
A recent study conducted by doctors from Harvard and Wisconsin found that trihalomethane (a chlorine by-product) may be responsible for 10,700 of more rectal and bladder cancers per year.
The EPA has found that lead in drinking water is one of the leading sources of lead in the bloodstream. The EPA has also found that in men, better control of lead in drinking water could prevent over 680,000 cases of hypertension, 650 strokes, 880 heart attacks, and 670 premature deaths from heart diseases every year.
Between 1991 and 1992 over 120 million people were affected by consuming contaminants in drinking water nationwide.
Of that 120 million, approximately 13% (15.2 million) people were affected by bacteria and pathogens in their water supplies.
Between 1991 and 1992 over 257,183 violations were reported nationwide, averaging over 4.5 violations per facility. The EPA also notes that over 24 states failed to report, leading the EPA to believe that there are thousands of violations that go unreported every year.

Today more and more people are realizing just how polluted their water supplies are...
Have you ever noticed...
How do I know if I really need to treat my water?
Let's find out!
Does your water have unpleasant odors?
Represents the presence of chlorine and hydrogen sulfide.
Does your water ever have objectionable tastes?
Represents the presence of turbidity, dissolved organic matter, and high concentration of minerals.
With all the types of home water treatment systems, how do I know which system to use?
Let's compare!
| Counter top carbon filters | They remove chlorine which improves the taste of water. | They do not destroy viruses or bacteria and cannot remove toxic chemicals or fine dirt and other sediments. | ||||||
| Reverse osmosis | They improve the taste of the water and remove chlorine, THMs, toxic chemicals, and sediments. | They do not destroy viruses or bacteria. They waste four to six gallons of water for every one gallon produced, and they are difficult for most home owners to install and maintain. |

Ultra-Violet carbon filter system |
Starts with filtration similar to that used by most reverse osmosis processes... But we do not stop there! After the water is filtered through sediment and carbon filters we then treat the water by carefully exposing it to Ultra-Violet light* to eliminate or "kill" bacteria and viruses. |
The Ultra-Violet system provides the only totally pure water treatment system available today at a very attractive price! Best of all, most consumers can install this system themselves! |

The kill rate for most types of bacteria and viruses has been approx. 99.998%! (Actual lab reports have been provided by Bolin Labs and the nationally renowned biochemist Dr. Charles Gerba of the university of Arizona, and are available on request.) Patented |
